Climate Ambassador Logo

Enriched Earth Educational Ecovillage is delighted to announce that we are now working as a key project in the prestigious Climate Ambassador initiative, coordinated by an Taisce Education with support from the Department of Communication, Climate Action and Environment. This programme involves a select number of people and projects working across the Island to take action on Climate Change.

Climate Ambassador TrainingClimate Ambassador Training Day

Enriched Earth director John-Paul attended a Climate Ambassador training day in Galway on 27th January 2018 and found the intensive course to be very educational and inspiring.

Another step on the journey to pioneering Ireland’s first Educational Ecovillage!

In other news, we are pleased to be meeting this week with John McClatchey, the Managing Director of the pioneering Green Future NI Development Company, to discuss the possibilities of a partnership.

We have been really touched by the response we got to our last blogs ‘call to action’ from our supporters and we have had a lot of interest generated and a number of potential ethical investors come forward recently and have a number of follow-up meetings scheduled… but we still have it all to do!

Onwards! <3
